• Duplication or modification of the digital planner downloaded via QR code is strictly prohibited.
• The digital planner is a non-physical PDF file format digital file.
• The QR code for downloading the digital planner can be re-authenticated even after initial authentication.
• Based on the user’s device, the digital planner optimization may vary.
• Regardless of whether you have downloaded it or not, exchange or refund of the digital planner is not allowed.
• Other inquiries regarding the download and use of QR codes can be made up to 1 month from the release date. Please refer to the instructions at each place of purchase for accurate instructions.

[How to apply]

Inquiries regarding QR code download or any other miscellaneous questions may be submitted within 4 months of the product release. Please submit your inquiry to the below CS email with the following information - the name of the purchaser, where you have purchased it, a photo of the QR code and the numbers below it.
